We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. One, is the character seems really bright compared to its surroundings. Maybe more shading or a more toned down shade of white would make it seem less .. prosthetic isn't that right word but its the first one that comes to mind.
Two, is that maybe you should consider moving the character more over to the left or right. (i think left would be more appropriate) just to make the piece more interesting. I had my art teacher tell me once that something becomes a lot more interesting when not place directly center.
just some thoughts, feel free to do with them what you will.
